Abstract Introduction: Access to physiotherapy services needs be timely, avoiding the establishment of disabilities in users. Analyzing demands provides a basis for planning both management queues and preventive actions reorganization services, directing them main public. Objective: To identify users who needed outpatient Unified Health System (SUS) Campo Grande/MS characterize those cared repressed demand, as well analyzing absenteeism waiting time access. Methods: We used secondary data from Vacancy Regulation performed association multivariate analyses, with significance level 5%. Results: Females were predominant their number increased year by year; largest requests was adult motor disorders. The average period (2017-2019) approximately 2.5 months. Absenteeism 34% yearly. Most appointments region greatest social exclusion. referrals demand primary care physical therapy treatment Conclusion: results showed excessive between request scheduling, high rates demand. These aspects act synergistically barriers access public network capital city studied, significant negative impacts on users’ recovery.
