Abstract Introduction: Access to physiotherapy services needs be timely, avoiding the establishment of disabilities in users. Analyzing demands provides a basis for planning both management queues and preventive actions reorganization services, directing them main public. Objective: To identify users who needed outpatient Unified Health System (SUS) Campo Grande/MS characterize those cared repressed demand, as well analyzing absenteeism waiting time access. Methods: We used secondary data from Vacancy Regulation performed association multivariate analyses, with significance level 5%.
